The aim of the 2030 INE Strategy is to transform and strengthen the organisation so that it can carry out its essential mission more efficiently and effectively: producing official statistics.
Built on three strategic lines –Public Service, Innovation and Leadership –, it is based on 10 projects that seek to transform the INE into a highly digitalised and efficient institution, based on the use of new technologies and knowledge, and with a central position in the data ecosystem.
The successful completion of these projects will create a solid foundation with a view to the future and strengthen the role of statistics in society. The INE 2030 Strategy not only enhances the institution's role as the main provider of official statistics, but also as a strategic element in the new information age, as a provider of data-based services that enable the creation of value and collective intelligence.
