Degree of implementation of legal frameworks in favor of access to information.
The indicator is calculated from the sum of the answers given to questions 6 to 8 of the questionnaire of the “Survey on public access to information (SDG Indicator 16.10.2)” conducted by UNESCO. The values assigned to the answers are 1 if the answer is affirmative and 0 if it is negative. Finally, the assessment of question 6 is constructed by assigning 0.4 points if the response to the 5 items into which it is disaggregated is affirmative.
