Extent of adoption and implementation of disaster risk reduction strategies in line with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, based on, inter alia, the following elements:
Arithmetic average of the degree of implementation of each of the 10 basic elements that identify a disaster risk reduction strategy. The degree of implementation ranges from 0 (no implementation) to 1 (100% implementation).

This indicator corresponds to an assessment between 0 and 1, where 0 means that there are no such strategies and 1 that exist with 100 % implementation. The evaluation is carried out according to the questionnaire for indicator E-1 of the Sendai Framework.
