CNO-2011 Group 1 includes management and management occupations, whose main tasks are to plan, direct and coordinate the overall activity of companies, governments or other organizations, as well as to formulate and revise the strategy of companies and government regulations.This group is subdivided into five main subgroups: 11 Members of the executive and legislative branches; Directors of the Public Administration and social interest organizations; Executive Directors 12 Directors of administrative and commercial departments 13 Directors of production and operations 14 Directors and managers of accommodation, catering and commerce companies 15 Directors and managers of other service companies not classified under other headings. Management positions are all occupations included in CNO-2011 Group 1, while senior management are those occupations belonging to sub-groups 11, 12 and 13 of CNO-2011. It is calculated as the quotient among women employed as directors or managers (CNO-2011 Group 1) and the total number of employees as directors and managers.
