Municipal councils (or where applicable, provincial delegations) provide information on the main aspects of IBI tax regulations, which are to govern in their respective municipalities, which is recorded by corresponding offices / sub-offices of the Directorate General of the Land Register by means of a software application
Aggregation of information as well as filtering and subsequent tabulation are performed by the Directorate General of the Land Register
