- Follow-up exercise: Between 1 January and 30 June, all Official Aid for Development (OAD) data will be collected for year 2002 before information to public opnion and after transfer to the Development Aid Committee of the OECD, which is delegated by its Member States to quantify the Official Aid for Development of OECD countries annually. The result is published by the Office for Planning and Evaluation (OPE) in a publication entitled 'Follow-up'.
- Compilation of the APIC: Between 1 September and 31 October the OPE collects all data from Public Administrations on budgetary forecasts for the management of the OAD for 2004. This information is published in a summarised version in a document entitled 'Annual Plan'.
