Training and Employment / National Statistics Award

The National Statistics Institute makes its annual call for the National Statistics Award, which will be awarded in recognition of contribution and scientific work in the field of Statistics, demonstrated based on the lifetime achievement of candidates or through a unique work.

Candidates for the award should be active experts who are natives of Spain. Candidacies may be proposed by all institutions, agencies or foundations of a public or private nature that have a particular focus on statistics.

This award is established in place of the INE Awards, Eduardo García España..

2024 Award

Announcement of the Awards:
- Extract from the National Statistics Institute Resolution announcing the National Statistics Award.
- Deadline for submission of candidatures: from May 22 to August 22, 2024 (both inclusive).
- Access to the procedure for the presentation of candidacies.
