A job vacancy refers to a paid job post created recently, or not occupied, or that is about to become vacant, for which, the employer: a) is taking active measures, and is prepared to take other measures, for the purpose of finding an ideal candidate not related to the company in question, and b) has the intention of covering said job post immediately, or within a certain period of time.
