The rotation of crops is the technique that consists of annually alternating different crops on the same land, or plot, in a sequence that is planned over time. Questions are asked regarding the surface area of herbaceous crops that is not a part of the planned crop rotation, that is, areas that are grown with the same crop for a period or three or more consecutive years.
