Judicial ruling that declares a marriage null and void. Marriages held without marital consent, those held not in the presence of a Judge, Mayor or civil servant or civil servant before whom it must be held, or without witnesses, those held due to mistaken identity of the spouse, and those held through coercion or fear are null and void.
