The Central Mercantile Register (CMR) has among others, the following functions: -The ordering, handling and publication, merely for informative purposes, of the data received from the provincial mercantile registers -Archiving and publication of the denominations of legal companies and institutions -The publication of the official mercantile register bulletin (MRB) under the terms established in this regulation. -The register relating to companies and institutions that have moved their domicile abroad without losing Spanish nationality
